General summary
This is a part time collaboration in Tegucigalpa for the SUMADI team. The Finance Intern will assist in classifying, recording, verifying, and maintaining numerical data for use in maintaining financial records.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports Account Payable process for NLD11, NLD38 and HND10
- Supports que P2P process by being an intermediary between SSC and Sumadi
- Updates control reports such as vendors payment follow-up and withholding reports
- Map the finance internal processes.
- Sends final invoice templates to Service Now
- Issues official intercompany invoices and ensures proper filing.
- Issues withholding vouchers and ensures proper filing.
- Supports and participates in Finance month-end closing activities.
- Supports in the process of creating vendors in PeopleSoft.
- Other administrative tasks as required.

- University student of Finance, Administration, or related field.
- 100% Bilingual (English – Spanish).

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
